6 months agoThis place is strangely spacious which makes it seem like a great choice. However, the walls are too thin and the corridors creat lots of echo at night, making it hard to sleep all through the night. Don't get me wrong, it is quiet and the rooms are nice and spacious, there's a TV, and it's not pricey at all. The best thing was the breakfast, check out their buffet. The people at the reception are nice and the security cameras seem to do the work.

3 months agoGood reasonably priced hotel on the way through town. Bed is a little hard. Not as hard as some Mexican hotel beds, but not really comfortable either.

5 months agoMade reservations 1 month in advance for a suite. I had a minor inconvenience which kept me from arriving at check in. I kept communication with reservations via whats app and let them know I had this set back and I would be arriving at 10 pm since I was traveling from Chula Vista, Ca. I called 1 hour before arriving and reception said my room was still reserved and not to worry they would hold it for me. Upon arrival the receptionist stated that since I didn’t check in before 7 pm my room was given to someone else. This place doesn’t keep their word nor are they reliable nor dependable. They lie and say your reservation is held but not true.. Basically it’s a first come first serve motel. Horrible especially when your tired and just want to rest after a 5 hour drive. I DO NOT recommend this place due to unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. I was lucky to have found a 5 star motel after this horrible encounter..

3 months agoA business that does not respect their employees does not deserve a good rating! Treat your employees with respect it is thanks to them that the business is successful! notice prior reviews saying employees were nice, why can’t you be nice to your employees who treat your customers well even after getting yelled at by you! You say they are “muertos de hambre” “Dying of Hunger” While they are earning their money. It is not a charity event that you are running it is a business. You are not handing them free money out of charity, they work hard everyday to earn their money! You humiliate them to make them feel beneath you so that you feel big and bad, pathetic! This business does not deserve those employees. Those employees are worth gold.
