Scenic View
La Lobera is a magnificent, naturally formed crater along the Pacific coastline, just 3 miles west from the Baja Transpeninsular Highway 1 at Km. 47.5 south of San Quintin and 6 miles north of El Rosario. At La Lobera, one will see a huge sea cave that opens above where you can view a ‘secret beach’ that is mostly inhabited by sea lions (lobos del mar).
The rugged coastline also offers fabulous scenic views of the exposed sea cave as well as watching the waves crash and splash against the cliffs. The drive out may be difficult for some as the road is not maintained and at times only accesible via a high clearance 4×4 vehicle.
