Posada San Martin Hotel

I come down every year to enjoy a beautiful vacation down in Baja California, this is truly the best place to stay. Amazing rooms, friendly service, very clean and to top it off the continental breakfast.

Great accommodations. I didn't expect such a wonderful place in the area. Came down for the great fishing near by. I was expecting to "rough it out" but this was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean and good security. You have to drive down into an open courtyard. The entrance and exit is next to the office so they see who's coming in and out. The staff was friendly too. Restaurant next to the property was a big help serving local and american meals. Will definitely stay again on my next fishing trip.

I heard this was a nice place and it was more than I expected. Everything was clean and spacious. Room was large and comfortable. Plenty of place to hang outside like the pool and the atrium. There was a restaurant as part of the hotel but we only ate the free weekend continental breakfast. Recommend.

Super friendly staff! Was able to give us extra coffee and waters in the morning. The room was clean and the water was hot! Pool is cold but nice atmosphere.

This last visit was very disappointing. In early May, we reserved specific rooms and were told that they will be saved for the dates we planned, which was for end of May. We have stayed multiple times here and it is ok. It has gotten more expensive over time but quality of hotel has not gotten better. Our receipts with date of reservations made and deposit paid stated the rooms numbers we requested. We asked for 2 rooms upstairs, each with 2 beds. The day of check in, the girls at the front tried to give us completely different rooms and said that there was a last minute change that morning. Completely disappointing after making reservations so far in advance. What's the point of reservations, deposits, and expensive room prices if they are not sticking to their word? Turns out the gave the rooms to another family that morning that we met in our stay. Trying to support this business, but it's hard when the business is not doing things right.
